RBC Using Wikis as Collaborative Tool

In this article on itbusinessedge.com's blog page, Ann All discusses Royal Bank of Canada's initiatives to encourage employees to use wikis. All describes how RBC's management has attempted to overcome push back from employees regarding willingness to use the wiki (which is primarily used for projects) and fear of being critical of other employees work. All extols the virtues of using wikis as a collaborative tool and includes user experiences which encourage companies to make the use of wikis mandatory, thereby cutting down on lost time asking questions that can easily be answered by referencing the company's wiki.
